Parenting Preparation

As a woman is preparing for the birth of her child she often wonders what kind of parent she will be.  Many new parents are unsure how to take care of an infant, and most are not confident in their abilities to do so.  Postpartum doulas can help parents with getting acclimated to taking care of a baby, but there are classes specifically designed to help new parents with emotional and relationship changes that come with becoming parents.  The resources, groups, and classes in this section can help new parents build stronger relationships to maintain a healthy family life.
